During the pandemic, I wrote a script that communicated how the changes we’re all experiencing haven’t impacted who we are or what we do. We don’t need a new normal. We’ve never been normal.

My team gathered diverse voices and leaders in our communities to have real-time conversations that not only describe how we lead in the area of equity, but also tell their own stories.
